About the team

I’m Zahra Qureshi and I work with changemakers and founders to support their passion for creating positive impact on people, communities and the planet. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CMA) with 12+ years of experience, I launched Optinum with a mission to help entrepreneurs and community builders have strategic clarity to achieve financial sustainability, powerful growth, and positive social change.

I believe having a team cheering your wins and challenging your assumptions is a vital part of building your confidence and skill set. 

Joining me to facilitate is Brooke Gordon, a serial entrepreneur who is serious about creating a culture of accountability for founders, professionals and leaders who want to meet their goals for growth while sustaining a healthy balance. Brooke is a speaker and accountability coach who spent 14 years as a university professor teaching strategy, and currently works in development banking.

We love helping busy entrepreneurs who wear too many hats, with creating the stability needed to grow the businesses sustainably.
