This privacy policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which the website (https://optinum.ca) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from any user (“user”, “you”, “your”) of the website (“Site”) as owned and operated by Optinum Professional Corporation (“we”, “us”, the “Company” or “Optinum”). This Policy applies to the Site, any social media properties managed by the Company and all products and services offered by the Company (collectively the “Services”).

In common with a number of other websites, the Personal and Business Information that we collect from you may be transferred to a cloud service provider which has data servers which are based outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
