Meet your new team members

Zahra Qureshi works with changemakers and founders to support their passion for positive impact on people, communities and the planet. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CMA) with 12+ years of experience, she launched Optinum with a mission to help entrepreneurs and changemakers build confidence and strategic clarity for achieving financial sustainability, powerful growth, and positive social change.

What excites Zahra about this program is: “I love working with founders who are passionate about their vision and ideas. And I personally understand the growing pains and obstacles of building that vision into a thriving business. I want to create a safe space for leaders to share and overcome these challenges. Joining her is Brooke Gordon, a serial entrepreneur who is serious about creating a culture of accountability for founders, professionals and leaders who want to meet their goals for growth while sustaining a healthy balance. Brooke is a speaker, instructor and currently works in development banking, with almost 20 years experience in business strategy, operations, change management and leadership development.
